I've been giving myself a break over the past couple of weeks after having spent close to every single minute painting - right upto the exhibition - but now I'm back into it.
I'm currently working on a personal mandala for a family in Texas, a painting for the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation to help with their fundraising activities and a Fairy Tale mandala "The Twelve Dancing Princesses" . It's time to focus again more on mandalas, but I will carry on with the paintings at the same time as well.

So the opening to 'From the Earth' has come and gone and the exhibition will run until February 18th at Braemar Gallery - 104 Macquarie Rd Springwood.

The gallery is situated in a beautifully restored heritage building from the late 19th century. It's so nice to assemble all your work in one place that has a character and style all of it's own.

I got some photos pre exhibition but not during..unfortunately...so I am posting a couple of those here to give an idea of how it looked.

Everything went well and Karin (the other exhibiting artist) and I were very happy with it all. Her work looked gorgeous all collected together and I was also very happy with the overall presence and vibe that my work was emitting.

We had almost 200 people turn up which was quite unexpected and left the place feeling very crowded :). Very good feedback and positivity came from the crowd and all in all it was a very inspiring experience, with more to come from it I imagine.
Thanks to all who visited and supported us!
